Rates & Payment

• Rates vary by season; please inquire for current pricing.

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• The balance is due prior to or upon arrival, depending on booking terms.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 pm)

• Check-out: by 10:00 am

• Early check-in / late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

House Rules

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children)

• No pets allowed

• No parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings)

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment

• Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 (to respect neighbors)

Cancellations

• Flexible policies vary by season—details provided at time of booking.

• In most cases, cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are refundable.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• Free parking just 50 meters away

• Winter guests: snow tires or chains are required by law in the Aosta Valley.
